Returns Policy
Return Eligibility
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Returns are only granted for defected or faulty items that are unused and in original packaging. If you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 7 days of receiving them granted that we have assessed the situation through contacting us.
Non-returnable Items
Due to hygiene reasons, certain items such as cuticle oils cannot be returned. Please check the product description for specific return eligibility.
Items under Warranty
If an item you have purchased is still under warranty, you may be eligible for an exchange of the same product. Please note that the item must have been taken care of and should not show signs of damage, such as being dropped or mishandled. Exchanges will only be considered for genuine faults in the product. Return Process
To initiate a return:
Contact our customer service team at support@manicuristco.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Provide your order number and the reason for the return. Please also provide us with photos of proof.
If applicable, we will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return shipping label.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not offer change of mind exchanges.
